Dear Fair Lawn Public Schools Staff, Students, Parents and Community Members:

I am honored to serve as the new Superintendent of Fair Lawn Public Schools, and I am eager to work with you to create a
bright future for all students.

I am grateful for the warm welcome I have received since my arrival. Fair Lawn is known for its strong sense of
community and commitment to education. I have experienced the kindness, dedication, and unwavering support that define
this extraordinary school district.

As we begin this exciting chapter together, I want to share with you my vision and commitment to ensuring the continued
success of the Fair Lawn Public Schools. I will work collaboratively to continue to build upon the district's strong
foundation and to elevate it to new heights. I am committed to creating an environment where every child can thrive, where
we nurture their unique talents and potential, enabling them to reach for the stars.

In the months ahead, I plan to connect with members of the Fair Lawn community, dedicating this time to engage in
listening, learning, and leading. I invite you to join me on this journey of growth and promise as we work together to shape
