Reader's Workshop- We are continuing to use our Reading Super Powers to read independently and with a partner.  We are learning to recognize patterns in stories and stretching out words to read the best we can!

Writer's Workshop- We are writing pattern books! We use snap words to crate the pattern of words and then we use what we know about letters an the sounds the letters make to write a tricky word in our sentences. We are learning to carry our pattern of words across the pages of our books.

Social Studies/Science- We will learn about sunlight, natural resources, and recycling. We will start our second Social Studies Unit and learn about families, traditions, and diversity.
